Hello to all of our wonderful patients!

First of all - we've missed you! The best part of our job is getting to interact with our patients. You are our friends, family, and neighbors. Many of us have spent decades of our lives living and working in the Saint Peter area, and our relationships with our patients is what keeps us going!

The last few months have been difficult for everyone, and we appreciate all the support we've received as we get back to work in this new COVID environment. We have made a number of changes to how we work so we can continue to provide you with the highest level of care while keeping everybody safe and healthy. We have added air purifiers to every room, are utilizing extra PPE equipment, modified doctor and hygienist schedules to minimize people in the office, and have modified procedures for patients entering the office.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will now be asked to wait in your car and call us. We will send a greeter to meet you at the door, where you will be asked to sanitize your hands and we will take your temperature. Everybody in our office needs to be wearing a mask, so please bring one along. If you don't have your own, we will provide a mask for you. We will have you fill out a COVID screening form, and your time in the waiting room will be as short as possible.

Only the patient will be allowed in the office, unless the patient is a minor or requires a guardian or translator. Everybody who enters the office will go through the same screening process.

Unfortunately, the extra equipment, PPE, and length of time required to complete appointments and clean rooms has created a large increase in our costs. We are adding a $15 PPE fee for all appointments. If you have insurance, we will submit this fee to them. As more and more dental offices open, more dental insurance companies are reimbursing clinics for this charge. However, we can't guarantee that your plan will cover this fee. We have decided to implement this plan, because when we are allowed to return to "business as usual" we can stop charging this fee.

If you were one of the patients whose appointment was canceled due to COVID, please know that we are doing our best to get everybody rescheduled. You can wait for our call, or you may also feel free to contact us.

Thank you once again for your friendship and support. Please contact us with any questions. We look forward to seeing you in the office!
