Riverside Dental Care seeing Emergency Patients

As many of you know, Governor Walz is now allowing dental offices to open under certain restrictions. These restrictions include a phasing into elective care, continued preservation of PPE for front line workers, and development of a facility safety plan.

Since Riverside Dental Care is dedicated to protecting the health of our patients and staff, we have decided to remain treating emergency and urgent dental conditions at this time. We are constantly reviewing information from the CDC, OSHA, and the Minnesota Board of Dentistry and will notify our patients when we determine it is safe to open our doors to everyone.

Based upon recommendations from the American Dental Association, we are extending the time that our office is closed until May 14. While we are closed for regular procedures, we are still available to help any of our patients who have a dental emergency. Riverside Dental Care is actively monitoring the emerging and rapidly evolving COVID-19 outbreak. We are staying up-to-date with the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local health departments. Riverside Dental Care has safeguards in place to protect our patients and our team members and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. In an effort to keep everyone safe, we are asking patients experiencing flu-like symptoms to call and reschedule their appointments. Athletic Mouth Guard Clinic

August 7, 2018 from 1:00 - 4:00

Riverside Dental Care will host an Athletic Mouth Guard Clinic on Tuesday, August 7 from 1:00 - 4:00. Any Saint Peter High School athlete can come in during that time to have a custom fit athletic mouth guard made for $25. The mouth guards will be Blue and White. The completed mouth guard will be delivered to the athlete at a practice.

NOTE: If your athlete has orthodontic appliances on their teeth it is best to use a mouth guard provided by their orthodontist – we will not be able to fit your athlete for a custom mouth guard.

Every athlete must bring the Waiver, signed by a parent or guardian, along with cash or a check for $25 made out to “Riverside Dental Care”. We will not be able to make mouth guards for any athlete without a signed waiver form.

Dr. Lund and Dr. Whittier are excited to welcome Dr. Kyle J. Rasmussen to Riverside Dental Care. Dr. Rasmussen grew up in Northfield, MN, but has had a life long relationship with Riverside Dental Care. We are excited to welcome Kyle to the practice.
